vacancy for our Muttenz based client in the Agricultural and Chemical sector

Your tasks:

• Conduct fast-track diagnostics across key areas such as production performance, maintenance, cost management, and mindset & behaviours to identify opportunities for productivity improvement
• Develop and implement breakthrough action plans to improve ways of working and production performance
• Train employees on standardised practices within the Production System
• Support the local Manufacturing Excellence team in building organisational capability
• Work with functional experts to ensure new tools, processes and behaviours are deployed and embedded into the production system
• Carry out targeted audits and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in manufacturing excellence, operational improvement, or production system transformation
• Strong understanding of production performance, maintenance, cost management, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience in training, coaching, and capability building within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work with data-driven performance management tools and processes
• Language skills: English
