Your mission

• Lead with Distinction: Inspire and guide a team of talented craftsmen to create unique and luxurious aircraft monuments, fostering an environment where skills are sharpened, and potential is realized
• Pursue Perfection: Achieve objectives and goals, within budget maintaining high standards of quality while ensuring the seamless flow daily operations
• Masterful Resource Allocation: Strategically assign tasks, according to team members- qualifications to deliver excellent results, navigating the complexities of custom-made projects with ease
• Translate Vision into Reality: Interpret and execute design material specifications and 3D/2D engineering data, ensuring every element is executed to perfection
• Collaborate and Create: Work together with our designers and engineers bringing visionary concepts to life and overcoming any challenges with creativity and finesse.

Your profile

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead 6-8 people
• Professional experience in aviation industry with a deep understanding of regulatory processes (Part 21G, 21J, 145 regulations)
• Proactive, forward thinking, and self-motivated team player
• Good English skills, any other language is a plus
