Job Description Project Background (Greenfield Setup) AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG is launching a new EASA Part‑147 Maintenance Training Organisation (MTO) in Switzerland. The objective is to deliver EASA Part‑66 Basic Training leading to the Basic License pathway for Category B1.1 (Mechanical) and Category B2 (Avionics). We are currently establishing our Part‑147 training organization and forming the initial instructor team. The successful candidates will help define training content and standards from the outset, ensuring full alignment with EASA requirements and FOCA/BAZL expectations. Your daily tasks & responsibilities As a Part 147 Instructor, you will deliver theoretical and/or practical training for B1/B2 basic training and actively contribute to building a compliant, audit ready training organization.
