Join our dynamic team as a Purchaser Completion & Modifications and support supplier coordination throughout the program lifecycle. You’ll work on exciting projects ranging from aircraft refurbishments and upgrades to the complete design, production, and installation of custom cabin interiors. From assisting with supplier communications to helping track performance and external developments, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the success of our programs. Your daily tasks & responsibilities Support Supplier Collaboration: Assist in coordinating communication with suppliers throughout all phases of Completion and Refurbishment projects. Coordinate Supplier Internal Reporting: Help organize and track materials and services to align with project requirements. Track Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier progress on productivity, quality, and schedule commitments, with special attention to long lead-time items. Assist in Risk Management: Identify potential challenges early and support the team in developing solutions to keep projects on track. Support Budget Tracking: Help collect data for project material budgets, forecast needs, and analyze variances to maintain financial objectives. Coordinate Supplier Activities: Support project-related supplier visits, assist with claim resolutions, and help address delivery or scheduling issues.
