WEB MERCHANDISER - Internship We are seeking a dedicated Web Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and will assist in optimizing our online store's product presentation and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Ensuring that our product is distributed to the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities and at the right price, maximizing the potential of the business at country and trends level through strategic management of merchandise, inventory optimization and actionable reporting and analysis Your Day to Day. Managing the merchandise flow from the warehouse and distribution centers to the stores. Participating in the implantation of new products in stores and follow-up of their development. Evaluating and analyzing the product by country and trends level to identify opportunities and drive productivity on a consistent basis. Prepare weekly review of item sales and inventory results; coordinate subsequent re-forecasting estimates with merchandise planners. Optimizing the inventory levels and stock performance in stores by: Resorting the high potential products according to their performance in a systematic way Analyzing the presence of core products Suggesting and monitoring commercial measures in order to optimize sales and stock levels by country (strategic prices & promotions) Working with cross-functional teams like Merchandising, Planning, Operations and Logistics to ensure product and inventory strategies are carried out at an excellent level. Participation in the constitution of assortments for new openings. Creating, implementing and controlling of replenishment strategy. Treating the extensions in promotions that have had good results in a country level. Creating proposals based on the results of each product to extend the strategy. Location. Coordination of retail marketing activities as well as internal & corporate communications. Coordination of all POS & communications materials, from conception to implementation Organized of special marketing events. Conception of sales & marketing guidelines for retail teams Coordination of trade marketing activities/actions in DE, CH and FR Supporting the teams by writing, translating and spell checking copies in FR/DE/ENG Creation of material checklist with Visual Merchandising. We are looking for people BA in Marketing , Communication or related activities Experience working in retail is a bonus.
