Overall responsibility for business cases, capex investments, M&A and scenario planning to support the Group's strategic growth programmes.

• Managing the Group's capex through a rigorous process of review and approval of major items of spend
• Analysing financials for proposed projects and assessing ROI
• Creating and maintaining business cases for major projects, working closely with Group and site teams to ensure costs and revenues properly captured
• Preparing presentations for the Board of Directors for approval of significant investments
• Ongoing monitoring of capex and project spend against budget and forecast, performing variance analysis
• Implementing a post investment appraisal process to review actual project and capex performance against plans (revenues and spend)
• Delivering the Group's capex and project budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the sites and functions
• Performing monthly reviews of overall site capex and project spend against budget and providing input into the monthly management report

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years post qualification experience in financial reporting and analysis, of which 5 years in a similar role
• Financial modelling expertise
• Detail orientated with strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate across different levels of the organisation
• Team player
• Hands-on mentality
