Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to end users via phone, email, ticketing system, and on-site assistance
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and support various business applications, including ERP systems
• Install, replace, and configure PCs, perform data migrations, and assist with larger hardware rollout projects
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations

Profile

• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or End User Support
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• German and/or Turkish language skills are considered a strong advantage
• Service-oriented, proactive, and eager to support users in a dynamic environment
