Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Install, administer, and maintain client PCs and peripheral devices
· Provide user support (help desk)
· Create and update IT documentation
· Participate in company-wide IT projects
Requirements

Completed IT vocational training in systems engineering or business informatics
- Strong interpersonal skills and interest in regular interaction with internal IT users
- Good knowledge of both German and English
