Payroll Support

Payroll Support

Tasks:

· Checking, controlling and entering payroll data in Workday, such as garage, workshop, on-call duty, referral bonus, relocation allowance, flextime payment, training costs etc.

· Administration of Social Insurance processes such as EO compensation and accident notifications

· Administration of claims

· Processing of unpaid leave requests

· Administration of garnishments in the local payroll exchange systems

· Supporting the processing of our monthly data quality controls

· Supporting the processing of work and cross-border commuter permits

· Preparation of employer's certificates and confirmations for employees and authorities

· Processing and checking invoices related to social insurances and taxes

· Providing advice and support to employees, HR Business Partners and managers on payroll, social insurance and timekeeping, by telephone or via our Service Now ticketing system

Experience:

· Some administrative experience would be preferred

Language Requirements:

· Fluency in German and English is mandatory
