Senior Director – Delivery / Client Partner CRM & Tech BU, Enterprise Data, AI and Engagement Platforms – Healthcare & Life Sciences (Europe)

Role Overview

Indegene is seeking a Senior Director – Delivery / Client Partner to lead large-scale Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud, CRM, and Technology transformation programs across Healthcare & Life Sciences clients in Europe. This role blends strategic consulting, program leadership, and account growth, with a focus on enterprise data platforms, AI/ML, CRM modernization, omnichannel analytics, Customer Engagement Platforms and cloud transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Growth

• Act as trusted advisor to senior Commercial, Medical, Digital, IT, Data, and AI stakeholders.
• Own account growth strategy across Data, Analytics, AI, CRM, and Tech.
• Drive value-led proposals, multi-year transformation roadmaps, and solution architecture.
• Expand CRM footprint (Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Omnichannel).
• Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities across multiple Indegene towers.

Program Delivery & Execution

• Lead delivery of enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure).
• Oversee CRM modernization: Veeva, Salesforce, omnichannel journeys, integrations.
• Manage MDM, Customer360, consent & preference management, data governance.
• Deliver AI/GenAI solutions: copilots, LLM-based workflows, ML models, NLP pipelines.
• Govern large global delivery teams across EU, India, and US.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, GxP, Annex 11, and LS data regulations.

Practice Development & People Leadership

• Develop talent across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, CRM, and cloud architecture.
• Build reusable assets, frameworks, accelerators, and industry differentiators.
• Strengthen partnerships (Veeva, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft).
• Represent Indegene at conferences and client advisory boards.

Qualifications

Experience

• 15+ years in Data, Analytics, AI, CRM, Technology, or Digital roles in Life Sciences.
• Demonstrated leadership delivering enterprise-scale data & CRM programs.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Data Cloud, MDM, and omnichannel.
• Strong consulting background and experience with European pharma/biotech clients.

Skills

• Executive communication and CxO engagement.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, AI/ML engineering, modern data architectures, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to lead large global teams and manage complex delivery governance.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen (P&L, forecasting, commercials).

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
