We are looking for a Product Owner – Competence Center Device Integration (m/f/d) to join our Group and contribute to Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions, the leading force in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), digitalization, and plant asset management solutions. As the Product Owner – Competence Center Device Integration, you'll be the visionary behind our device integration strategies, shaping the future of industrial connectivity, and ensuring seamless integration across our product portfolio. Which tasks will you perform? Collaborate closely with stakeholders and customers to understand market needs and quantify customer value. Take ownership of company-wide standards of quality assurance for device integration. Drive an entrepreneurial spirit in the context of device integration, fostering innovation and agility. Manage backlog, creating and prioritizing tasks based on stakeholder and customer requirements. Drive value streams and efficiency within the squad, ensuring continuous improvement. Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with the device integration squad, facilitating regular meetings with Change Control Boards. Ensure transparent communication in all directions and handle conflict management if necessary. What do we expect from you? Bring experience as a Product Owner in software development, digital communication, and Process Automation (career changers also welcome). Have in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and a successful track record in product management. Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and the ability to creatively solve complex problems. Possess software affinity and understanding of complex technical requirements. Exhibit excellent communication skills and team orientation for collaboration with software developers, project managers, and stakeholders. Sie: Haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) der Informatik oder Elektronik mit Schwerpunkt Software oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Haben fundierte Erfahrung in der Programmierung in C# und .NET framework Haben fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von benutzerfreundlichen UI Web Applications und sind vertraut mit der Programmierung von Windows Applikationen mit ASP.NET und MVC. As an Expert Product Owner Solutions (m/f/d) you guide our development team through all phases of solutions development and prioritize and coordinate the development of features and enhancements with internal and external development teams. Which tasks will you perform? You will: Build internal and external networks and partnerships and work with diverse stakeholders to identify and evaluate market and customer needs. Develop business cases and specifications, including aspects related to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Also prepare content for strategic portfolio decisions. Support the launch of new solutions and create training, presentation, and sales materials. Drive product development for on-premise edge environments and cloud-based IoT solutions. What do we expect from you? You: Have a technical background, ideally with an MBA or MSc, and in-depth expertise and several years of experience in one of Endress+Hauser’s core industries. Have strong management skills and a proven track record in product management as well as a high customer orientation and the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into a customer offering. Bring a strong ownership mentality and a goal-oriented mindset, next to the ability to prioritize and manage competing requirements across multiple business cases. Bring ideally knowledge of agile product development processes and platforms such as Jira or Microsoft DevOps.
