We are looking for a Learning Administrator to join our organization to play a pivotal role in our Endress+Hauser Group Services Corporate HR department. You will be part of the global CoE People Attraction and Development, working in an international environment, managing corporate trainings and activities. What is the role about? Are you passionate about learning and development? Do you thrive in an international environment? Are you creative to support the L&D team to develop modern concepts and organize training activities? If so, you could be the perfect fit for our Learning Administrator role, where you will be instrumental in coordinating and preparing training activities, supporting our team in daily business, and ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met. Which tasks will you perform? Coordinate and prepare corporate training activities. Support the team in daily administrative tasks to support global L&D training initiatives. Be responsible for planning and organizing internal and external training measures and their maintenance in the learning management system. Ensure that appointments and budgets are adhered to. Create reports on activities and participant feedback. Vendor relationship management and invoice coordination with accounting. Supporting internal communication activities around global L&D. Supporting Learning Specialists with various aspects of L&D program deployment. What do we expect from you? Have practical experience in administration and/or eLearning. Have experience with learning management systems and have an affinity for IT applications including Excel and Powerpoint. Carry out your tasks independently, orderly, and with a focus on solutions. Manage multiple stakeholders and organize training activities and administrative tasks. Have quick comprehension, implementation skills, and good communication skills.
