To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. Four our Commercial Legal team within our Legal department we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Counsel (f/m/d), 80 - 100%for our Bubendorf site.

Your tasks:

• Provide legal advice, draft and review relevant agreements of a Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), such as development and manufacturing, supply and service agreements
• Business Partner to Business Development, Commercial Functions and Project Management
• Identify and assess legal/commercial risks; advise on mitigation
• Train internal stakeholders on legal and contractual topics
• Perform required activities in contract management systems, provide information and analysis on contracts to management
• Support simplification and digitalization of legal operations

Your profile:

• Law degree (Master, JD, LL.M.)
• Minimum of 3-4 years of commercial law experience, ideally in Pharma / Life sciences industry
• Language skills: Proficient in reading and writing in German and English, French is a plus
• Strong ability to write clearly and accurately; ability to analyze complex concepts and translate them to concrete, simple, user-friendly documents
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across culturally diverse, global teams
• Proactive, pragmatic, and highly accountable. Provides business-oriented, risk-based solutions while maintaining compliance and integrity
• Strong team player and communicator, able to form effective working relationships with a variety of functions at all levels
• Ability to handle numerous and competing tasks and priorities, and to be resourceful and composed under pressure
• Demonstrates affinity for technology and AI tools and shows interest in implementing such technology and tools to improve workflows within legal and for services to business partners
