The Completions Account Execution Manager is responsible for managing key customer relationships, with a strong focus on change management and operational execution. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal operational teams, ensuring the successful delivery of aircraft while driving transformation initiatives and continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in aligning customer expectations with our business capabilities, ensuring both client satisfaction and internal efficiency. This position bridges the gap between strategic account management and the operational coordination of cross-functional teams, ensuring excellence in execution at every stage.

High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Extensive practical experience within the aviation industry.
In-depth knowledge of aircraft operations and understanding of the aviation market and competitors.
Proficient English language skills (written and spoken), French and German are an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
Hands-on experience with cabin modifications and retrofit projects.
Strong commitment to customer service, safety, and quality.
