Support certifying staff and authorizations : Manage internal certifying staff authorizations and support capability list amendments in line with regulatory requirements. Promote quality awareness and training : Identify training needs, conduct briefings, coach operational staff, and support MOE / POE awareness programs to strengthen quality and safety culture. . Monitor and maintain training records : Ensure accurate documentation of training and qualifications to demonstrate compliance and audit readiness. Support continuous improvement initiatives : Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects, promote best practices, and encourage adoption of quality standards across the organization.
