Position Summary As Cabin Safety Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to cabin safety and interiors. This role requires extensive knowledge of cabin interiors, cabin safety systems and components. As CVE you will form part of the Office of Airworthiness within Jet Aviation-s EASA Part 21J Design Organisation. As well as the technical scope there is a variety of airframes from the bizjet types, such as Gulfstream, up to the largest Airbus and Boeing aeroplanes. Main Responsibilities Classify changes and repairs. Review, verify and approval of engineering documentation, test plans, analysis and other certification documents related to design changes, modifications and repairs. Coordinate with regulatory agencies for STC-s and attend meetings. Preparation of certification programs. Manage STC projects as Office of Airworthiness focal point for engineering. Provide technical guidance and advise engineering team on compliance matters. Perform compliance inspection of cabin interiors. Preliminary LOPA certification review to identify non-compliances. Ground and Flight test CVE witnessing, including conformity. Perform cabin safety CVE role in flight test activities such as Flight Test Hazard assessments, safety review board meetings and supporting the flight test coordinator. Verify compliance with OSD-Cabin Crew Data. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies. Collaborate with other internal stakeholders, including quality, program management, production, installation, supply chain management. Liaise with customers and suppliers on cabin safety matters. Coaching and mentoring of design organisation staff. Assist the Office of Airworthiness in the development of procedures to maintain the Design Organisation Approvals. Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and practices. Subject matter expert advising on subcontractor qualification. Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree in engineering. Minimum 5 years experience in a Design Organisation. EASA Part 21J CVE in Cabin Safety. Experience in both minor and major changes. Expert knowledge of EASA regulations and standards related to cabin safety. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Successful working experience in highly collaborative environments, demonstration to take initiatives and lead efforts inside the team. Fluent command of English language - both written and spoken. Position Summary This position is responsible for managing a project in a pro-active manner, ensuring contract execution and compliance with redelivered product, finding the right balance between customer satisfaction and the commercial performance of Defence related project. You act as the main point of contact towards the customer for all project related aspects such as welcoming customer, aircraft induction, airframe, and cabin tasks execution, planning and scheduling, raising additional work requests (defect findings or initial scope changes), tracking financial performance (labor and material) releasing the AC to service and closing the Project. Moreover, you liaise between the customer and the Completion or MRO/RMU teams made of 145 Supervisors, engineering, hangar shops, production, SCM, billing, quality, and finance. Main Responsibilities Review the initial work scope with the upfront preparation, planning and sales teams and take over ownership of the project Confirm project work scope with the customer during the incoming meeting Develop GANTT chart for project execution management Open Work Order in SAP for raised defects and/or scope change to be addressed to the customer via Additional Work Requests (AWR) Issue regular project financial status report and final invoice to customer Track technical project progress and issue status report to the customer Monitor project risk and identify mitigation strategies Control the hours and material budget of the project and perform regular review with supervisor and cost center manager Track payments and financial status of the project and manage the financial performance of the project Coordinate all required paperwork and documentation for the release to service of the AC (Job cards, work report, logbook, etc.) Manage customer disputes and escalate to the appropriate level as required Minimum Requirements Bachelor-s degree required, with other relevant advanced degree preferred in aviation Minimum 3-5 years in an equivalent Project Management role (preferably in aviation) Project Management certificate (f.e.
