As a Workshop Team Leader , you are responsible for supporting and overseeing the execution of workshop or aircraft cabin installation projects to achieve budget, safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets. You will coordinate day-to-day workshop activities, guide a team of technicians and ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and compliance. Your leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency, fostering teamwork and delivering exceptional results in line with Jet Aviation-s commitment to excellence. Your Mission Leadership & Team Management Lead and support a team of technicians and certifying workshop technicians, setting the standard through hands-on involvement. Assign tasks, guide execution and verify work completion in alignment with Jet Aviation procedures and quality expectations. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment by encouraging skill development and supporting individual growth. Provide daily progress updates to supervisors and act as deputy when required. Project Execution & Coordination Perform and direct complex manufacturing or installation tasks according to technical drawings and project documentation. Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth, efficient project execution and material availability. Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues, support modifications, and contribute to product development or prototyping. Ensure proper task planning, efficient time management, and accurate documentation and work order bookings. Technical & Compliance Oversight Take full responsibility for the quality of the team-s output and compliance with safety, environmental, and procedural regulations. Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved documentation and quality standards. Oversee cleanliness, organization, and tool control in the work area, ensuring compliance across the team. Identify and support process improvements to increase safety, reduce cost, and optimize cycle time. Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in workshop or aircraft cabin projects. Familiar with aviation authority regulations (FOCA, EASA, FAA) and related procedures. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience guiding and supporting teams. Release authorization Level II (or equivalent demonstrated experience). Strong understanding of engineering documentation and ability to interpret technical manuals (CMM, AMM, PR, etc.). Proficient in English (minimum B1, B2 preferred); knowledge of French and/or German is a plus. Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and support continuous improvement.
