You will work in our State-of-the-Art Cabinet Shop and Electro Shop and start manufacturing and Installing wires loom for furniture from the 3D model to the final exquisite Cabinet. Your role Assembles cable looms, harnesses, installs them with electrical components in to furniture and ensure compliance with production standards and specifications as instructed by his/her supervision or management on: Cabinets, Credenza, Vanity, Galleys, Toilets, Bulkheads, Doors, Cargo IFE Racks, Relays Module Panels, Circuit Breaker Modules, Tables, Seats, Divan and Ceiling Shell components. Lead electrical checks (continuity, isolation, power) and oversee team quality output. Works actively within the Production Organization Team and Final Assembly Teams. Perform complex electrical cable looms, harnesses assembly operations in accordance with wire lists, wiring diagrams and drawings. Perform complex Electrical G plans in accordance with Jet Aviation Processes. Execute integration and disassembly tasks using 2D/3D engineering drawings, wire lists, and BOMs. Perform complex electrical connecting assembly on power Plugs, Relays, Circuit Breakers and Electrical Equipment. Perform complex dis-assembly operations on Electrical components installed on monuments and other subassemblies before finishing processes. Perform complex and sensitive harness manufacturing including connecting fibre optic wires. Follow material specs to ensure product quality meets customer expectations. Assists team members with great experience to enhance techniques of quality workmanship. Your mission Identical Duties as Electro Technician. Contribute to process optimization to improve safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Take Lead responsibilities when required. Support supervisors by delegating tasks and setting performance objectives. Trains Beginner Electro Technician in a continuous improvement environment.
