Provide comprehensive administrative and documentation support to the Board Member and team
Manage correspondence, document preparation, filing systems, and order processing
Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, contracts, and briefing materials using MS Office
Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions
Handle internal and external communication to ensure efficient information flow
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
Support special projects and respond to complex operational inquiries
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an asset
Bachelor’s degree or qualification as "Direktionsassistentin"
At least 5 years of board‑level administrative experience in a multinational environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
Structured, proactive, and service‑oriented working style
