At Bachem, we are rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization along with user enablement. In parallel, we want to build Copilot Studio know-how internally in order to implement several more complex use cases

Test M365 Copilot functionality and newly released features

• Analyze usage – adoption, usage patterns, and optimization potential
• Support the configuration of M365 Copilot
• Take over user enablement from the external partner once their project ends
• Sharpen and flesh out several use cases, including requirements gathering with the business departments
• Implement the use cases technically, including the integration of systems via Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Build up Copilot Studio know-how as an internal capability
• Currently studying or recently graduated in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
• Interest in Microsoft 365, AI-assisted tooling, and low-code / productivity platforms
• Analytical mindset with an eye for usage data and optimization potential
• Hands-on and curious – keen to build Copilot Studio skills and deliver real use cases
• Good communication skills for gathering requirements together with business departments
• Fluent English; German is a plus
