Position Summary

We-re looking for an IT Finance Analyst who will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting our financial systems - with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA FICO. Main Responsibilities
- Design and configure end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions according to business needs
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
- Participate in project delivery: solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation
- Provide user support and enhancements for SAP FI/CO
- Support additional Finance tools such as Basware (AP), Concur (Travel & Expense), and planning/consolidation systems
- Troubleshoot issues across systems, data, and processes
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, Operations, and other functional teams
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide guidance on SAP best practices and design standards
- Contribute to high-quality project execution and continuous service improvement

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor-s degree or relevant professional experience in IT
- 5+ years working with SAP S/4HANA Financials, including hands-on configuration
- 2+ years of full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation, including New GL
- Solid experience across SAP FI & CO: GL/New GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA
- Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes
- Experience in virtual and international environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- SAP S/4HANA FICO certification
- Knowledge of Basware, Concur, or other financial applications
- Familiarity with SOX methodology
- Experience with Microsoft tools such as Project and Visio
- Ability to lead projects and support non-SAP applications
