Our Real Estate & Facility Management team plays a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are as world-class as the services we provide. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager Facility on regional level (EMEA). A dynamic, hands-on professional with strong leadership, technical insight, and a service-driven mindset. Project leadership: Direct and coordinate Facility and Infrastructure projects including, but not limited to, construction, repairs, refurbishments, or new installations.
Project planning & reporting: Manage complex projects with detailed planning, KPI tracking, and progress reporting in alignment with the Capex plan.
Supplier & contractor coordination: Coordinate and oversee tasks carried out by external suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution.
Facility Operations Oversight: Ensure the proper functioning of facilities and building operations through coordination with airports, contractors, and service providers.
Contract management: Manage facility construction and maintenance contracts, and oversee renewals, modifications, and obligations.
Performance monitoring: Review and evaluate supplier and contractor performance to ensure cost-efficiency and service quality.
Internal Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer service and functional support to internal stakeholders across the organization.
Emergency response: Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent facility issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
