Your mission

• Tire Change and Wheel Overhaul: Perform tire changes on aircraft wheels, carry out wheel overhauls, repairs, and modifications following aircraft and wheel manuals as well as company procedures.
• Documentation and Reporting: Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately for every task performed, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Workshop Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with 5S principles and good housekeeping standards.
• Tool and Equipment Management: Handle tools, equipment, and machines in accordance with internal regulations, ensuring they are properly maintained and used safely.
• Health, Safety & Environment (EHS): Strictly follow and apply all health and safety regulations, report any EHS hazards, and comply with all relevant safety work instructions and use of personal protective equipment.
• Additional Work Requests: Identify and trigger additional work requests as needed, supporting continuous maintenance and safety improvements.

Your profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent experience in automotive, motorcycle, industrial mechanics, or as a wheel technician.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Strong orientation toward quality and safety standards.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and reading).
• Strong team spirit and flexibility.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
